При разработке номинаций Премии мы, конечно, старамся придерживаться норм и правил общечеловеческих законов этики и морали, однако, в первую очередь, мы думаем о тех задачах, которые ставит перед нами время и нужды людей
Ежегодно мы отбираем кандидатов на соискание Премии на предстоящий год. Эти номинаторы выбираются таким образом, чтобы с течением времени было представлено как можно больше стран, университетов, предприятий и отдельных ученых
После получения всех номинаций члены жюри начинают отбор кандидатов
