After acquiring an old small hotel, the new owners had a question about remaking not only the facade but also the interior of the building. The small building, as conceived by the new owners, was supposed to attract new customers, but not lose old long-standing adherents. The harmony of materials, light and volumetric textures has become a key design idea. And the sun and the ocean are the main characters of the story.
